It was all new to me, the Yukon Territories and I had no idea where this particular road would take me, other then up, up higher into the woods. I measured the risk to be extremely low, and both figuratively and literally, the potential reward would prove to be high. Twenty minutes in, a bend in the road revealed an opening to what was now the valley below. Nikon D500, Nikkor 200-500mm at 500mm, (effective focal length 750mm) F/18@1/160 sec. 400 ISO
