Description: With this photo, I wanted to experiment with using both a FLW filter and a variable density filter. It was blue hour with storm clouds that I wanted slow the movement of. It’s not as crisp as I wanted. It was before i put on the filters, but once i put them on, I couldn’t get the focus right. I would love suggestions on how to do this better.
