So many revelations over these past few months; I never thought I would miss seeing crowds of people, but I do! On this day, several years ago, from atop one of the lookout spires at Charles Bridge in Prague I shot numerous ‘long’ exposures of the crowds crossing the bridge, (1/2 sec and 1 sec) by combining low ISO OF 50 with small aperture F/22 and a six stop ND, while on tripod. This kind of shooting is always unpredictable as hell, since you can’t control the stop and go movements of the crowd, so much to chance, so all the more reason to feel elated when you get a good shot or two. On this late afternoon September day, it was around the 20-minute mark when I got the shot you see here.
You keep shooting and stay safe! One day, we’ll all be a crowd again-yeah!
