Description: by Martha Bland ISO 800, f22, 1/50s m.zuiko 12-100M F4, Pro I liked the idea of offsetting the lighthouse w/ the rusty anchor. I must have three or four versions of this since Halifax is a regular stop on our Canada/New England cruises. Cold rainy weather meant that we had few people. I think only one bus in the lot, and most had returned to the bus early. Decided to leave the ugly orange "keep off rocks" sign in the photo. Husband said it looked more realistic. I tried to see what would happen if I moved so the anchor was to the right of the lighthouse to get rid of the path, but something, don't remember what, made me move back to my usual framing of the anchor on the left. I don't scramble across the rocks due to mobility issues.
