Macro photography tells us to ALWAYS be parallel to your subject and always use F/16-F/32 to record exacting sharpness, but don’t forget that anytime you hear ALWAYS, consider doing the opposite. Shooting this spider web at a perpendicular angle and with a relatively large lens opening, F/8, I was able to create a composition that limits the area of sharpness to the multi-colored dew drops, colors created by the sidelight hitting dew drops that have collected pollutants from the night air. You keep shooting!
